TYL4 Grads

Taylor Your Life for Graduate and Professional Students is a a five week changemaking career development lab.

Based on the popular undergraduate course, Taylor Your Life, this program is designed to provide students more clarity and direction of their career paths and help them design a meaningful life after graduate school.

TYL4Grad Students Workshop Details

If you are interested in a career with social or environmental impact and unsure about your next steps after graduate school, then this free 5-week changemaking career development lab, Taylor Your Life (TYL) is right for you. Based on the popular undergraduate class, this program is designed to help you gain more clarity and direction on different potential career paths and help you design a more meaningful life after graduate school.

In the 5-week career lab, you will learn how to approach your future with the mindset and toolkit of a designer by ideating multiple life paths; clarifying your interests; focusing and targeting your search; prototyping and testing elements of career pathways that interest you; learning how to market and brand yourself to stand out from the crowd; and mapping your community to join the network of movers and shakers in your field.

Building Career Confidence

In Fall, 2019, participants in the program reported growth in multiple areas, demonstrated via assessment from a pre and post survey.
